Booking and Cancellation Policy
Booking Sessions
Sessions are booked by mutual agreement between you and your practitioner. We will confirm appointments via email, and you are responsible for noting scheduled times.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
We require at least 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice will be charged at the full session rate, unless there are exceptional circumstances such as:
- Acute illness
- Family emergencies
- Unexpected work obligations that cannot be avoided
- Transport failures beyond your control
We will make reasonable judgments about exceptional circumstances on a case-by-case basis.
Practitioner Cancellations
If we need to cancel or reschedule a session, we will provide as much notice as possible and work with you to find an alternative time. You will not be charged for sessions we cancel.
Fees and Payment
Service Fees
Fees for our services are published on our website and confirmed when you book. We reserve the right to change our fees with reasonable notice. Fee changes do not affect sessions already booked.
Payment Terms
Payment is due at the time of service unless alternative arrangements have been agreed in writing. We accept payment by bank transfer or card. Invoices are provided for all payments.
Late Payment
If payment is not received within 14 days of the invoice date, we reserve the right to:
- Suspend services until payment is made
- Charge interest on overdue amounts at a rate of 4% above the Bank of England base rate
- Refer the matter to a debt collection agency
Refunds
We do not generally provide refunds for services already delivered. If you are dissatisfied with a service, please raise this with your practitioner or contact us directly so we can address your concerns.
