Service Questions

If you're experiencing significant emotional distress, mental health symptoms, or need to process past experiences, therapy is typically more appropriate. If you're relatively well but want support with goal-setting, transitions, or personal development, coaching may be a better fit. We can help you decide during the initial consultation.

We maintain a limited number of reduced-fee spaces for clients experiencing financial hardship. Contact us to discuss your circumstances and we'll let you know if a reduced-fee space is available.

Yes. As your needs evolve, we can adapt our approach or transition you between services. We'll discuss this collaboratively and ensure any transitions are smooth and well-supported.

We offer both in-person sessions at our consultation rooms and online sessions via secure video conferencing. You can choose whichever format suits you best, and switch between formats if your circumstances change.

We require at least 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations with less notice will be charged at the full session rate unless there are exceptional circumstances.

We work primarily with adults aged 18 and over. Some of our practitioners also work with adolescents aged 16-17 with parental consent. For younger children, we can provide referrals to appropriate services.
