Our Story
Dusk Glow began in 2014 when our founder recognised a gap in accessible, compassionate psychological support in the UK. Too many people were struggling silently, either unable to access traditional therapy or unsure whether they needed it at all. The vision was simple: create a space where people could explore their challenges and aspirations without judgment, stigma, or unnecessary barriers.
What started as a small practice in a single consultation room has grown into a trusted resource for individuals seeking both therapeutic support and personal development guidance. We've worked with over eight hundred clients, each with their own story, their own struggles, and their own definition of what healing and growth look like.
The name "Dusk Glow" reflects a particular moment in time—that transitional period between day and night where light still remains, but darkness is approaching. It's a metaphor for the liminal spaces our clients often find themselves in: between who they were and who they're becoming, between struggle and hope, between endings and new beginnings. We work in that space, helping people navigate transitions with courage and clarity.
Over the years, our approach has evolved. We've integrated new research, adapted to changing client needs, and refined our methods. What hasn't changed is our commitment to treating every person who walks through our doors as a whole human being, not a diagnosis or a problem to be solved.
